Aaron, that must have taken a lot of detective work to figure this one out. From what I can see, this is the third US specimen of record, and the only one ever photographed live. I would have NEVER figured this one out. Thanks so much!

Not too long
It definitely looked like
Ethmia
, but I didn’t know there were any with such subtle markings. Luckily, BOLD is ordered alphabetically, so I didn’t have to look through too many species to find it! This is a really nice addition to the guide. It’s a lot easier to identify live images from other live photos than from pinned specimens.
