This specimen may be an April example of Sara's Orangetip (Anthocharis sara) for Washington.

Taxonomic Update?
David James added, "Hate to tell you this but this is the butterfly formerly known as Sara.... its now Anthocharis julia following a taxonomic revision..." (pers. comm., 24 April 2018, see link below).
