Ok scratch that.
You should be right, the shoulders are pointed, rather than rounded (BMSB) ... so that alone should make this a Spined Soldier bug.

 
I knew for certain that it is not Halyomorpha halys
I do know that Podisus maculiventris has a black streak on the wing membrane which this one seems to have.

Brown Marmorated Stink Bug
Looks to me to be a Brown Marmorated Stink Bug. Of course, you may want to wait for an expert opinion.
