Myolepta ....... female
Extensively yellow and yellow veins at base of wing and yellow veins in apical half of wing make me think this is not cornelia. There may be more species not yet described. I have sent it to Dr. Martin Hauser and Professor Jeff Skevington....

It was bright sun out so I couldn’t see the camera view screen well enough to see I had something different. Enlarged on computer and went “wow.”
