Hydrachnidia
Great photos! Without a clearer view of the dorsal and ventral shields/coxae/anal plate, I can't get it to anything finer than Hydrachnidia with certainty. Unfortunately, a great many families have chironomids as hosts, to host identity isn't too helpful.

and mounted them on a slide to image under a compound microscope, but I didn't... Sorry for the missed opportunity.
