Brown Lacewing - Nothochrysa californica
Olympia, Thurston County, Washington, USA

Size: approx 1in long
Found in the woods near the Evergreen State College. It's definitely Neuroptera, and probably Hemerobiidae, but I haven't been able to find a matching species yet.
