Eupelmidae, yes
Sorry for having overlooked these nice pics until now. Peculiar outline of Mesoscutum, a hallmark for this small family, is especially well visible on middle and right images.

I hope that some day a specialist visits these pages; it is very likely that this can be IDed to species, since you know the host.
