Looks a bit like Orgyia but it has only three "brushes".

Should be a fourth brush in front but must have rubbed off

Fir Tussock Moth Cat
It must have been damaged somehow or the last molt went awry. We can see a pale spot on the abdominal segment, where the first brush should be. (weird) --- Orgyia detrita
