Happy accident?
I was drawn to this beautiful photo a second time and noticed there are two black stripes on the thorax. Most of the tachinids I've seen have either three or four, so I thought this one might be easy to run down. Well, either it was or I got lucky. While no expert, I think you may have one of two flies:

1. Dexiinae


2. Paradidyma, a pollinator which is referenced in the post I've thumbnailed here. I couldn't easily find a photo of it, but perhaps you can...or someone else will comment.
