Notice that in image 1515807 the gaster ("abdomen") is attached to the mesosoma ("thorax") far above the hind leg attachment to the mesosoma - far enough that the attachment is hidden by the wings in this image. Also, the abnormally large head. Both of these characters indicate family Cenocoelinae. Also, notice that the second submarginal cell in #1515806 is trapezoidal, with vein RS slanted toward the apical end of the wing, far from parallel with vein rm. This separates this genus (
Capitonus
) from genus
Cenocoelius
. These are the only 2 cenocoeline species found in North America outside of Florida.

The wing venation ...
... suggests the subfamily Ichneutinae to me.

The only North American genus...
of ichneutine that has a similarly shaped second submarginal cell,
Proterops
, has the RS vein meeting the costal vein far short of the apex of the wing, unlike in this specimen. Also, ichneutines have the base of the metasoma joining the mesosoma just above the base of the hind legs, rather than far above it, as in this specimen.
