Banchus (male)
More likely a species of
Banchus
given the wider first abdominal segment. The hooked scutal markings are also more typical of Banchinae. The similar
S. compta
and
M. blandii
also have two lateral yellow markings on the propodeum instead of a basal marking.

Ichneumonini (male)…
Neither Townes nor Heinrich mentioned the range distribution of
S. compta
extending into Idaho. There has, unfortunately, not been as much taxonomic attention paid towards the western fauna of this tribe, so it would be difficult to place it there, even though, morphologically, it seems quite similar in many respects.
See reference
here.
