Yes, definitely S. cyanea (whichever sex...). I thought this sp. was added to BugGuide by my remarks made on 13 Oct. 2015, adding to my original determination on 5 Nov. 2011 ?

Abdomen tip equipped (& hairy) = ♂
If this really is a male, then it might be our first view of a male of Sintoria cyanea. Hold on for an expert.
