This one and look like Genus Udea to me. My guess would be a pale U. profundalis but they are hard to tell apart and both are in your area.

That was my first thought. I was unsure since I couldn't find a good matching photograph from all the submitted ones. I am inclined to think it might not be worth posting, unless having a pale example might help others. Any thoughts on that? - Chris

Not really. I do remember not being able to ID to species in Washington. I don't think even Libby Avis does.
