I don't see any hints to separate species. More pictures available if needed.

Prosternal process short and pointed before separating coxae.
Anterior coxae transverse.
Eyes finely faceted day flying insects.
Eyes partially surrounding but not embracing antennal sockets.
3rd antennomere shorter than or but little longer than 4th.
Tarsal claws simple.

Using Linsley to key this, it definitely fits due to many characters, and due to location of capture in pines and not Pseudotsugal area and the color not black, and the underside definitely shiny metalic.
