I found this in my refrigerator so it may not be a native species. Rules on paper are spaced about 1/4 inch.

Meal moth parasite?
I have meal moths (Plodia interpunctella). I found that one species of Meostenus parasitizes at least one related moth species (in Phycitini). Maybe this wasp was after my pests.
