Chilton County, Alabama, USA
May 9, 2018
This was a light tan moth that had two indistinct vertical orange lines about midway on his forewings. He had a brown basal line that did not meet at the inner margin. He had a large blackish orange patch at the PM line level, best visible on the side view. His subterminal(?) line was a series of small brown dots and he had orange fringe. His length was less than 1.0 cm.
