Unidentified Tiger Beetle larva in burrow

Unidentified Tiger Beetle larva in burrow
Skunk's Misery, Middlesex, Ontario, Canada
May 13, 2018
Size: 4 mm diameter
Can a Tiger Beetle larva be identified from a photograph?

This larva was found near adult Festive Tiger Beetles (Cicindela scutellaris), at a location where I've previously also seen Big Sand and Six-spotteds. I suspect it's a Festive, but I'd love to know if they can be identified reliably from a shot like this.
