Small insects covering indoor basil plant

Small insects covering indoor basil plant
Cranston, Providence County, Rhode Island, USA
May 16, 2018
Size: 2-3cm
I thought our basil plants that sit inside our window sill in our kitchen was covered in pollen. Upon closer inspection the pollen was moving. I couldn’t really brush them off as there were so many and it was a bit sticky/tacky.

Moved
Moved from Uroleucon.

Not Uroleucon
Not sure why these are placed in that genus, definitely not Uroleucon. More likely to be Myzus.
