Identification
"This I [is] the nicest specimen I have seen of a moth first discovered by Mike Rickard in 2015 [2012] at Santa Ana NWR.
It is a species of Hypsopygia according to Alma Solis probably undescribed.” - Ed Knudson, pers. comm., 2018.
