On Ca. Mugwort (Artemisia douglasiana).

Serration of elytral suture complete, not absent from post scutellar area.
Eyes distinctly emarginate.
Prosternum shape and length important.

tarsal claws with small or blunt teeth = deserti
tarsal claws with large, acute teeth = conspersa

Thanks for looking and giving hints.

I looked at the Exema revision (1) which I didn't know about previously.

I added a picture of the claw of the protarsus and it coincides with the tarsi of E. conspersa which are "large and acute".

Luckily I have a better microscope now so this image are much better than the rest.
