Small blue-gray jumping spider - Tutelina

Small blue-gray jumping spider - Tutelina
Salisbury, Rowan County, North Carolina, USA
May 12, 2018
Size: 3 mm
Found on a railing in a heavily treed area. I am pretty familiar with the salticids of this area but this one is new to me. Looks to be a subadult male. Size, body shape, and behavior remind me of Zygoballus in that it moves like rufipes, walking a bit, holding up the front legs, walking a bit, repeat... I have raised rufipes from hatch, however, and they never look like this. Can't find anything similar in the guide in that genus or others. Hoping the leg patterning & color are distinct enough that someone may be able to help as I would love to know the genus or even species.
