Size: 3.5 mm

Tibia not expanded.
Strong metallic luster with longitudinal striae (with smaller punctures between) & one scutellar partial stria.
Tarsal claws simple.

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked the key, and I think you are right. I see the striae rows more clearly now, it isn't as confused as I thought and reading further in the key it mentions "distinguished only upon careful examination". I wasn't careful enough. That lone Phaedon prasinellus that is there needs company anyway.
