Paradonus sp.
Tough group, but possibly P. illinoisensis or maybe P. olivereae. I am favoring the former but would prefer a larger sampling set to get a feel for color variation or maybe examination of male genitalia.

 
Wish I could help more..
but this was the only one we caught or even saw that day. We will keep our eye out for others on subsequent trips to southeast Kansas. Thanks for your help.
