This is a Zimmermannia, not an Acalyptris. Most likely Z. grandisella (=acanthella), but the phallus is not in the best position to judge.

I took two additional pictures of the phallus, one from the reverse side of the slide to see if this might help further with the ID.

grandisella confirmed
Thanks Jim, this indeed confirms my suspicion that it is Z. grandisella. Just one pair of ventral carinal appendages and one large pointed cornutus. Other Z. species have more elaborate appendages, including dorsal hand-shaped ones.
