This is one of those faintly marked individuals that I wouldn't be able to decide between popeanella and propinqua for without dissection, but luckily the aedeagus of popeanella is extremely different than the similar options. Those two clusters of long thorn-like cornuti are absent in propinqua and texanella.

I believe this is Acrolophus mortipennella with that wingspan. Cannot see the palps which are very distinctive.
