Okay, I checked Smith’s (1976) revision, and female + white antennae + orange/red legs = maculata. He actually did cite one record from apple, which he considered questionable.

For what it's worth,
Xiphydria tibialis is the only species that has been reported from apple. I haven't studied descriptions of adults at all though.

 
Just looking at the specimens in the Guide...
...it appears that females of X. tibialis have black-and-white legs and entirely dark antennae, so this doesn't appear to be a match--unless, of course, the others have been misidentified...
