Size: Wingspread ≈40mm
Same individual but photo taken in full sun. I observed a similar shift from grayish to brownish with the same type moth another case here when I changed from daylight to a light flash for illumination. This change of appearance may not be surprising if structural coloration causes the blue hue seen in diffuse ambient light.
