Hooded stick-like moth - Pyraloidea? - Pyramidobela angelarum

Hooded stick-like moth - Pyraloidea? - Pyramidobela angelarum
Noe Valley, San Francisco County, California, USA
May 28, 2018
Size: ca 15 mm body length
Found in our entryway, possibly attracted to the lights last night. Doing an impressive stick imitation at a distance. I'm intrigued by the horns or hood covering the eyes - this looks like a phycitine to me, but I can't find many with this feature?
