Aleurodicus (whitefly - family Aleyrodidae)
This is the egg track of a whitefly (family Aleyrodidae), genus Aleurodicus. I'm not sure what is in Texas for this genus, but it looks like Aleurodicus dispersus or Aleurodicus dugesii.

Alerodicus for sure
It is tough/impossible to determine species from just this image. The flocculence is highly variable and degrades quickly. You really need an adult or mature nymph for a more definitive determination. To my knowledge dugesii is the only species in TX, at least according to the last paper I saw on TX WF from 2005. There is also another species in this genus, the rugose spir. WF, that has invaded FL in recent years. I hope it hasn't reached TX.
