Maybe "Schwarz's" Thin-banded
This is probably an example of "Schwarz's Lichen Moth", the subspecies of Thin-banded which occurs in AZ, but the colors are very rich and dark. I'm not familiar enough with all the AZ fauna to be 100% certain.
