Pollen Wasp? Which Species? - Pseudomasaris marginalis

Pollen Wasp? Which Species? - Pseudomasaris marginalis
SILT Cold Creek Property, Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen, British Columbia, Canada
June 2, 2018
Size: about 12 mm in length
This is part of the Southern Interior Land Trust bioblitz for the Cold Creek Property. Because of the clubbed antenna, I think this might be a pollen wasp. If yes, can anyone ID down to species for the Bioblitz? It was foraging on Phacelia hastata (silver leaf Phacelia).
