Chalcidae, yes.
It is just "Chalcidae," but yes, that is correct. The tiny size, relative to other wasps, and the huge hind femora ("thighs") tell you immediately that that is what you have there.

I always thought the family name is Chalcididae, as Tom posted. See here.
