Walshia
This is a species of Walshia (Cosmopterigidae), I don't know which one.

I looked at the Walshia Genus. The only Walshia reported in Texas (by SCAN) is #1615 – Walshia miscecolorella. BugGuide has only one image of W. miscecoloria, which has a similar pattern to mine (dark around the head, lighter further out the wing, some red). There is a Mark Drilling photo on the MPG species page which is patterned like mine, but darker in color. I'm inclined to go with #1615 – Walshia miscecolorella for this one

.
I see them, but have just put all of them in a Genus file. Mine are usually considerably darker than this one, but I do have two that might be similar in the proportion of the markings but the thorax area is darker.
