Definitely a mirid of some kind, and knowing the host might help get you a genus at least. That really is remarkable camouflage!

 
I'm a little
surprised that I even noticed them. If memory serves, I was looking for grass skipper larvae for a moment and noticed them. If you weren't looking closely - no way - they'd have been invisible!
