Seriously, this looks just like an Arroyo Grasshopper, but that species, Heliastus benjamini, has orange wings....

Crap...trying to remember wings....think I am right but then again I only saw 10 million hoppers of all sizes and shapes and colors.

 
Heliastus
Looks like Heliastus benjamini to me too. Other species in the genus have blue wings (in Mexico), but this species shouldn't.
