Size: ~3cm.
This big boy came to the black light last night (live oak/chaparral habitat). I'm guessing it is Ophion.

americanus complex
This is a member of the Enicospilus-americanus complex. Probably E. glabratus but I would need to see the discocubital cell hairs under the scope.

Enicospilus
I would say, based on the wing venation, such as the discosubmarginal cell (the "horsehead") extending beyond vein 2m-cu for example, that this is likely a species of Enicospilus, not Ophion
