Small wasp sp.? - Macrophya

Small wasp sp.? - Macrophya
Fort Frederick State Park, Washington County, Maryland, USA
June 9, 2018
Photographed this small, brightly colored wasp/bee in a wooded area near water. The long antenna seem unusual. Hoping someone can get me to species level or near there. Thanks.

Is this Macrophya alba?
Looks to be identical in photos: https://bugguide.net/node/view/407227

Quite possibly, but...
...I'll let an expert make that call. Even assuming that the genus is correct (and I'm not certain), there are 46 species of Macrophya in BG's coverage area, and only about half of them are represented in the Guide. Some of the "missing" species could be very similar to M. alba.
