One of the most striking butterflies I have ever seen. Sure Eric will like this super rarity.

Found it
Glad to see you found it. Were they relatively abundant? I saw dozens along watercourses in Garden Canyon- but that was way back in the early 90s.

 
Whites
Saw about 45...3 females. They were up in Sawmill Canyon in Garden Canyon.
