Was this in ethanol?
It looks sort of like Coniatus splendidulus, but with the color damaged. Was it in ethanol or something?

Oh right on I didn't see that. They're really gorgeous weevils! I process my lab's samples of them and if you put them in ethanol they lose their color in a matter of minutes.
