Leaf mine on Lonicera x bella leaf with nearly mature Lepidopteran larva inside. This is too early for Phyllonorycter emberizaepenella (which I was searching for, and have yet to find this year) to be this large, and the mine is not quite right. Mine is slightly tentiform, curled under the edge of leaf. The maroon larva emerged 13 June and wandered in jar that had sand in it. Seemed lethargic on 14 Jun, and 15 Jun was alive on some silk it had spun on side of jar.
