Moved
Moved from Conopinae.

Placement of cross-vein "r-m" well beyond middle of discal cell indicates genus Physocephala. Black overall coloration, with hyaline discal cell, and other characters indicates P. furcillata. Seems that's also the only species of Conopinae that reaches so far to the northeast of North America as New Brunswick.
