I didn't realize how worn this specimen is until I posted it. I identified it as terminellus because I have seen lots of that species lately that are in better shape than this one. This summer it is especially hot, windy, dry, and dusty out at the Devils River. The moths I'm seeing are mostly pretty beat up. I still have the Epicauta plague going on, and they are driving most moths away.I think it's going to take some rain to get some new pretty moths flying around. But I could have put up a better specimen of Catabenoides than that one.
