all the copies I know of online
are of the full volume and are either locked so that you can't extract just the paper you want or can be only read online (Like the Cornell link)

The full volume is too big to email (34MB) and my attempts at recreating the paper by screenshots or downloading the individual images of the pages still result in a PDF that's too big to email.

It may be that only someone who's a member of the American Entomological Society can access the paper outside of the volume.
