Brownsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, USA
June 19, 2018
Size: ~0.75 inch (19 mm)
This female landed and presented herself on the leaf of a wingstem plant (Verbesina alternifolia) around 1:00 PM. Approximately ten minutes later I noticed she'd hooked up with a male.

Thanks, Ken!
Thank you.

You're welcome, but...

Thanks for the clarification
I'd also sent the images to my brother, Richard Gillmore, and he'd suggested sending them to William Taft.
