Vespula flavopilosa ? - Vespula maculifrons - female

Vespula flavopilosa ? - Vespula maculifrons - Female
Fyffe, Dekalb County, Alabama, USA
October 12, 2017
My thoughts at first were that this was just another maculifrons, but when I went through the photos later, I noticed it's way more "furry" than the maculifrons around my house. Could this be flavopilosa? I need another pair of experienced eyes to take a look and offer an opinion. Thanks for any guidance.

*Found near heavily wooded area on Cumberland plateau.
