Edgewater - Rhode River, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA

Argulus sp.
Not sure if they can be identified to species.
Found in low salinity (~5 psu) tidal waters, found unattached in a seine haul, which contained a number of small resident fish and 1 migratory Atlantic Stingray.
