Size: about 2.6 mm
I found these little guys between the gills of some mushrooms in mixed woods along with a great number of tiny springtails. When I dumped the debris from my collecting container into a fine-mesh sieve and stirred it around with my finger these roves and a few hundred springtails plunged through the mesh openings into a container of water beneath the sieve.
