Nidus on live oak

Nidus on live oak
Myakka River State Park, Sarasota County, Florida, USA
June 22, 2018
Size: 4 mm
Nidus on live oak. I'd originally thought Homoeolabus analis but then saw that it has yellow larvae, and this is white (second pic). Then I read up on the family and realized that there were 5+ genera on oaks alone. Not sure how many are in Florida on live oak, so perhaps that would narrow it down a bit. Thanks a million for any help. I'm trying to rear some up but am not optimistic.
