From the PM line I am wondering if this might be a Besma quercivoraria. ID help much appreciated.

He is very pale whitish-yellow and without any discal spots. This is more likely a male

Thanks Bob. I have not seen any images of Besma endropiaria with this otherwise unusual x-shape in the PM line. My models were

; however, I agree the color is a bit off and the wings are not as pointed at the centers as most B. quercivoraria. Fortunately I collected this one and hope to get a definitive ID.
