What the heck is this? - Toxonevra muliebris

My girlfriend shot this photo, and took some video, of this fly. No one we know has ever seen one like it and we're wondering what it is, or even whether it has been named and catalogued.

This fly could not close its wings. Also, its wings are not straight (parallel to the ground), but rather, have an upward curve in them, like a seagull wing.

Some of the European Pallopteridae have a similar wing pattern.

Yes, this looks exactly like Toxoneura muliebris! It is known from Spain, France, up to Great Britain, Germany, Italy, the whole Western Europe.....
